These are some of Toronto-based artist Carly Waito's paintings. I like them because I don't have to look for a hidden meaning, don't have to find a feeling. As the viewer, I feel challenged superficially. The subjects change, but the content doesn't. The message - I'm good at painting what I love - stays the same, and it's enough for me.
